Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Finly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Finly is operated by Notch AI. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Notch AI.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Finly. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@notchai.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share your account with other individuals or create accounts on behalf of others.

Finly offers a Free plan (₹0/forever) and a Pro plan (₹199/month). Feature availability is described on the Pricing page.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use Finly for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' data.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any content designed to interfere with the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Finly.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Finly is a personal finance tracking tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice.

All financial decisions you make based on data displayed in Finly are solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered financial advisor for investment decisions.

Finly displays data exactly as you enter it. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any financial figures you input. You are responsible for ensuring the data you enter is accurate and up-to-date.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Finly platform are owned by Notch AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your financial data remains your property. You may export it at any time via Settings → Export Data.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice or take the platform offline in case of emergencies. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Finly, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on platform data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Finly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
